在授权太守独立后，这个MOD使得“允许我方独立”一项的好感度大幅提升（从50提升至150，视ai性格略有不同），并且永远不会衰减，从而大幅降低授权独立的太守派系叛变的可能。
主要是ca原版的数值太过扯淡，后期独立的太守出来就红脸就很离谱……
与大部分MOD兼容，可能与部分大修MOD冲突，但置于冲突MOD之上应该就行了，毕竟修改的项目很少，不影响大局。
只对新独立的有效，已经独立的无效

After grant independence, the mod greatly increase the attitude of "allow to be independent" (from 50 to 150, depending on AI), and will never decreased, I think this could greatly reduce the possibility of traitorous action of the vassal faction which you grant independence.
