At the moment there is:
(almost) a working intercom;
Working elevator (try to break the cables, it’s fun 😉 );
One completed store;
Underground parking;
Several almost ready-made apartments (look for them on the top floor of the first block).
If for any reason you have an irresistible desire to finish this map, you are welcome. I give you every right to brazenly steal it and do with it whatever your want.
(But still, I will be glad if you point me out somewhere as the original author)
