ACE Goggles Effects without ACE, and compats
just the goggles (facewear) effects from ACE.
ACE does not need to be loaded.
Also included is the goggle (facewear) compats for CUP, SOG, GM and Western Sahara.
If normal ACE is also loaded, then just the compats are loaded, and this makes normal ACE compatible with CUP, SOG, GM and Western Sahara for glasses, eyewear, facewear and sunglasses.
