Georgische Legion Mod

The Georgian Legion was one of the units of the German Eastern Legions during World War II. It consisted mainly of Georgians who fought alongside the Germans against the Soviet Union. Formed in 1941, the recruitment of Georgians was motivated by their anti-Soviet stance and promises of an independent state after Germany’s victory. The Legion participated in various frontline actions against the Red Army, mainly operating in the territory of the former USSR.
