Horse Advisor mod – EUIV 1.28
This mod adds an event and a new type of advisor, which is a horse acting as a Stateman. It is based on the CKII event and summons a special horse advisor called Glitterhoof that costs 75% less and gives penalties instead of a bonus: -1 diplomatic reputation and increased prestige decay (it is a horse, after all…).
Oh, btw, if you’re playing as a nation with roman culture, the horse is called Incitatus. I don’t know, it was a good name, so I decided to include it as an easter egg for no reason at all…
