Outpost Reactor Interact
This is a simple core package replacement that uses a few edited outpost modules override that allows the player to interact and (allegedly) cause irrepairable damage to those meddling Europans, as long as you have an outpost engineers keycard. They will never see it coming. Combine this with a mod to unlock outpost wires to have to most fun at the expense of only a few thousand civilian lives.
EDIT: Since this is a CORE package, make sure to change it from the vanilla one on the dropdown menu in the mods menu, not on the content packages menu.
