Re-Animated US Flag
A simple mod that jazzes up the US flag, such as the one seen above Whitaker’s store and the flags seen across the Whispering Oaks fairground, with a sparkling new animation. It’s got lots of LoD’s on it so it’s not tying up CPU load. I’ve learned how to do physics-based animations and wanted to show it off. It’s a really neat trick I’m hoping to exploit in the future for some really cool effects.
