Player only 1 turn construction tech growth and 0 turn recruitment
Gives the player 1 turn construction tech growth and 0 turn recruitment.
The AI does not get these bonuses only the player does.
Works for all campaigns and works with most mods.
1 turn construction does not apply when converting some buildings in conquered provinces to get around the issue destroy the building if you can and rebuild it instead of converting it.
