Steady the Clown
Adds a clown named Steady. He lives in Clownsteady.
He is terrible and annoying and everyone hates him. You can recruit him for some reason.
You can also just beat him up and take his clothes and weapon if you want, he probably deserves it. His clown clothes are unisex so if you want to dress up like a lady clown, you can, but I’ll call the police.
