You MUST download and install U.S. Military Early 2000s era V2 (M81 Woodland) BEFORE you install this mod, or else it won’t do a damn thing. (MUST BE THE WOODLAND VERSION OF THE MOD, NOT THE DESERT)
This mod basically retextures the Early 2000s Military mod by Blackburn.-, and turns them into the proper HECU, with Urban camo helmets and BDUs, a US flag on one arm and the HECU logo on the other, as well as black vests.
I managed to pull this off by essentially ripping the textures from the HECU Realism mod by Yukon, DWBoyGamer, and Monolith Fanatic, and then slapping them onto the Early 2000s Military mod, as the textures are pretty much laid out the same, not to mention all the blood texture work was done by my good friend RizGBlue.
IF YOU’RE HAVING TROUBLE WITH THIS MOD WORKING: Unpack both .vpk files, and install the Woodland mod in your custom folder first, then mine after it, and agree to any overwrites.
