Daughters: The Othercide faction
The Mod introduces the brand new Race Daughters, inspired by the 2020 tactical rpg game called Othercide.
This Mod is tailored and themed for the newly released Anomaly DLC, thus the Anomaly DLC is required, also even though the Mod can run without Biotech, as the Mod is balanced with back mind of having Biotech DLC, thus Biotech is required as well. The other two DLC’s theme differs quite a lot from this Mod and is not required.
Key Features:
– Every weapon has an unique ability and the AI can use it.
– Abilities have pseudo-physics effects that feel more realistic.
– Daughters come with various exclusive face expressions that indicates status.
– Two kinds of teleportation gates that let you transport within the map instantly.
– All new items are integrated to the vanilla Anomaly research trees,there is no need to waste more time researching.
– Introducing the Karma system with the Daughter faction: much like the vanilla goodwill system but there are more to explore and utilize.
– The Daughters equipment and apparels are equippable with any vanilla races, but..
– The Red Mother.
There is one Daughters scenario, but it is preferred to experience the Mod with Daughters as a bystander in the beginning. Many game mechanism features here but I will not spoil the fun.
