LotR: Realms in Exile | Vassals Colonize
A simple tweak to the wasteland colonization rules for LotR: Realms in Exile. By default, AI vassals cannot colonize, only top lieges can. This mod changes that.
This greatly speeds up the rate at which the unsettled parts of the map become colonized, especially in open areas like Eriador. You can expect to see most of Eriador colonized within the first century with this tweak.
