This mod make some feature SOOOOOOOON in vanilla update:
unrecognized major power can have bloc
no infrastructure usage by owner buildings — Manor House fixed in 1.7.1, but this mod also make Financial Districts free
reduce the requirement of being recognized and fix the bug that ranking progress factor works reversed — fixed in 1.7.1

Other fix：
FORCE aristocrats and capitalists pay taxes (vanilla: they only pay dividends taxes and consumption taxes)
