A high-rise prefab of the type HK69. This house is located in Pardubice in the Polabiny 4 estate. It has 12 storeys and 60 apartments (each for 4 people). There are 4 houses of this section in the estate and all 4 were built during 1974-1975. The original architect is František Příborský.
