Low: Phoenix Legion Re-upload
This is a reupload of MachoChunko’s Low- Phoenix Legion mod updated for Version 5.1. I’ll take this re-upload down if the author requests.

Any Bugs that were present in the original are likely to still be in it and I will not be patching them. All i did was update it to make it compatible with the latest release and that is all i intend to do for it regarding future updates. If you want to make updated sub-mods from this feel free as I do not intend to do so.
Credit to MachoChunko’s for the original mod and it being a great work.
