本mod是东方风云（Touhou Universalis Updated）的子mod。
意在希望被吞并的角色也能在游戏中活跃
只要一个幻想乡国家不存在，并且你拥有其原首都，就可以雇佣那些消失了的角色作为顾问。（比如博丽不存在但你拥有博丽神社的核心，就可以雇佣灵梦当顾问。）
每个顾问都有独特的能力。
需要Touhou Universalis Updated 作为前置
由于作者不懂英语，本mod只有中文，没有英文版

This mod is a sub mod for Touhou Universalis Updated.
It is hoped that the character of the annexed country will also be active in the game.
