A buff to all leaders by granting them 8 extra skill points at the start of the game.
Makes leaders much more powerful as they should be.
Levels are unchanged.
Heroes don’t receive any extra skill points.
Given to both AI and player.
Idk if the DLC is required or if it will work without it. Let me know and I’ll make one that doesn’t require them.
