A tool that allows the player to change game speed
Ctrl + T to switch between Default or Fixed Timescale
(Fixed: Unaffected by ingame effects such as when a max offensive die hits target)
Press T+Num to change speed
T + 1: 25%
T + 2: 33%
T + 3: 50%
T + 4: 75%
T + 5: 100%
T + 6: 125%
T + 7: 150%
T + 8: 200%
T + 9: 300%
T + 0: 400%
T + – : 0% (Play the next frame)
May conflict with other mods that tamper with timescale
