African Diaspora Integration
This is a simple mod that adds a button to merge all African pops together. This is useful for nations like Brazil which import Africans in the beginning of the game that never end up assimilating into their Afro-Brazilian diaspora like the ones that got the opportunity to before 1836.
This decision is available for nations that support Afro-Caribbean, Afro-American, Afro-Caribeno, Afro-Brazilian, and Afro-Antillean pops AKA English/American/Brazilian/Colombian/French, etc.
Additionally 3 new cultures are added by this mod: Afro-Turk, Afro-Arab, and Afro-Iranian since those countries also import people. These can only appear in new save games.
The only requirement to this decision is that the country is at peace. This will only affect incorporated states outside of Sub-Saharan Africa. AI will take this decision every 5 years if they’re at peace around the time the merger decision can be taken again.
