This mod adds custom heads and relies on custom shaders to work properly. You MUST have X2WOTCCommunityHighlander installed when using mods that add custom heads and/or shaders!

This armor mod adds the outfits and heads of the 33rd Battalion’s prodigal sons – the Exiles – from Spec Ops: The Line to your XCOM 2 campaign.

The gear options provided include:

• 2 Custom Heads
• 22 Helmets (13 default, 9 tinted)
• 7 Upper Face Props (5 default, 2 tinted)
• 13 Lower Face Props (8 default, 5 tinted)
• 12 Torsos (6 default, 6 tinted)
• 11 Torso Gears (6 default, 5 tinted)
• 6 Arms (3 default, 3 tinted)
• 8 Legs (4 default, 4 tinted)
• 1 Shin Gear

The Exiles, whilst scantly expanded upon in the lore, are one of the more interesting and tragic factions of The Line. The half of the 33rd that refused to desert and go along with Konrad’s orders, these men did everything in their power to disrupt the Damned’s efforts to maintain martial law over Dubai, and commit to their original orders of abandoning the city. We can observe some of the measures the Exiles took to subvert the balance of power in their civil war with Konrad’s loyalists during the Co-Op missions – employing guerrilla-style tactics, such as sabotaging the 33rd’s communications and assassinating high-value targets. Unfortunately, by the time Delta Squad arrives in Dubai, we find that all of the Exiles have been totally wiped out by the Damned 33rd. All of their defiant acts were committed in vain, ultimately mirroring the message of the main story. It’s a real shame, since had any of them survived all the bloody infighting, the Exiles would have more than likely been invaluable allies to Walker and his team in their fight to remove the Damned from power.
