No Morphing and Makeup by Beauty Traits
Mod disables gene morphing by beauty traits and makes makeup part of the beauty trait optional. To toggle makeup on/off (by default off), you need to change the game rule (Tweaks category) "Characters Makeup by Beauty Trait".
Tested mod in Ruler Designer, should work fine on new games. But if character was already genetically modified by beauty in savefile, I am not sure if he can be morphed back.
