CTRM adaptation of AI control and weather selection function, from automatic medical MOD by Nikral

The button for AI control and weather switch are located in the attack option on the bottom right panel

The function of automatic boarding of infantry near the vehicle and the function of moving the vehicle to a designated location to drop off passengers are added, and the buttons for both functions are located in the special option on the lower right panel
