Same than the base mod but with Zero tech at the start.
With Zero tech you don’t have Military at begining.

All states have been turned into countries.
All states have 800000 Pop
All states have same start Tech
Same Military

– Enhanced AI aggressivity with a lot of BATTLE
– Less start Military for more balance with start economy
– Better balance between infamy and state population :
Base infamy is same as Vanilla but grow less with state pops and the decay is 10 per year.

From tests conducted post-1900, there is at least one superpower per continent, and many average power, enhancing the challenge.
Reduced infamy per state population allows for continuous warfare, even in late-game scenarios with high populations.

Recommendations

– Turn at least the AI to aggressive
– Turn Pop Consolidation (Performance) to Aggressive (Fix performance issue)

I aim to inprove this mod to make different gameplay with i hope more fun and balanced experience. The original mod had several imbalances du to Vanilla base such as population, technology, and initial GDP. Is good if you want to play with more realistic world. States initially starting with 25 troops was excessive for many economies, leading to immediate weakening upon adjustment.

What i can’t fix :
Starting with the same wealth and literacy rates remains unmodifiable as these are not parameters but part of a complex system. However, the mod already offers a wide range of possibilities. Victory is achievable with any starting state unless it is located in a desert or ice-covered area.
