This submod is *not* compatible with Touhou Goods Universalis Updated.
Added Asakura spawnable option. in "Temporal Rift" event, upon choosing to modernize. You will be losing money until you can access the coal mine and be the undisputed leader of Japan. Strike fast, strike hard.

-A decision for Time Travelers and Panzerholics to force modernization into their realms
-Asakura modern tech spawnable nation.
-An entire new technology group with unique units
-A unique disaster that befalls those who attempt to force modernization, requiring investment of time and money to remove problems and resolve.
-Many more decisions that allow you further improve various aspects of your country, from various government modifiers, province effects, to army quality.
A few tips on the disaster:
-It is almost guaranteed to fire, and resolving it successfully also has benefits.
-It is a good idea to start with improving the troops
