These scenarios are designed to be hard and realistic requiring your wits and intelligence to get established.
Hospital Coma – Last thing you remember is that you were driving overnight to see your family. You wake up to the sound of thunder and lightning, severely injured in a dark room in what looks to be a hospital.
I recommend the following mods to pair with the Hospital Coma scenario.
- Immersive Medicine
- Susceptible
- zRe Vaccine ReMod or

Note:
Power is initially off. This is temporary and your sandbox configuration will be respected.
Tips:
Find a belt, a flashlight, and a one handed weapon. You are hungry and thirsty, find food quickly or you will be too weak to fight back. If you make noise or fight, keep moving, they will be coming. You are weak and slow, and can only take on very few at a time. Find pills to help you sleep. Staircases are dangerous areas. Beware of barricaded areas.
Hunting Accident – While out on a hunting trip with your family, things go horribly wrong.
Prepare to fight the elements and learn to survive.
I recommend the following mods to pair with the Hunting Accident scenario.
Tips:
Don’t waste your tools as weapons. You’ll likely need them to survive until you can heal up. The truck is quite broken. If you try and drive it out of the forest before you are prepared, you will likely be stranded. Learn to use the forage and fishing mechanic, it will be an important source of food.
