Social Democratic Policies [No Longer Updated]
Social Democracy is an economically center-left ideology and culturally left (aka progressive) usually. Social democrats advocate for strong welfare provisions, unionization of workplaces, and vast economic regulation to promote social justice. It is often mistaken for Democratic Socialism, which achieves a socialist society through democratic means. Social Democracy, unlike other socialist ideologies, doesn’t want to abolish capitalism, whereas they prefer to heavily regulate the capitalist framework to be more "humane" to the proletariat.
