NPC Avoid Player`s Crosshair

Warning: This addon may make the shotgunners extremely dangerous for some reason. They would sometimes shoot really quickly when your crosshair is on them. Kill them as soon as you can.
NPCs will try to avoid your crosshair only when they have found you and considered you as their target enemy.
Do not use any other addons that have the same functions as this. I do not think I have the ability to fix the conflict with other addons.
Honestly, I will not deny that I did get the inspiration from F.E.A.R. AI for this addon. Moreover, It took me a whole afternoon to learn simple LUA and then look up the GMOD wiki to help me finish it.
I made this addon for those who are keen on HL2 campaigns, just like me. Wish you have fun with it : )
I may consider adding more useful or interesting functions in the future, although they will likely be experimental.
