Original Armor System

Features :
1.No more health-based armor and penetration mechanism is working as intended
2.Helicopters have increased armor values
3.Enhanced penetration values for every weapons=using the new penetration system
Template Mods:
This mod will serve as a template for those who wanted the old armor system
Simply build your mod upon this template and then credits me in the description
Remember to add "required mod" to make sure players don’t forget to download this
