SSL Vimenta
Librarian V-33274 (Commonly referred to as Vimenta, as non-librarians have trouble remembering her name) checks out the world of SSL! This character was initially made in 84 hours for the SSL Jam, hosted on the Extended Workshop Discord server.
As a Bookeeper Librarian, Vimenta has the ability to control and summon books and papers, which she uses for attacks with good distance. While she’s rather slow on the ground and floaty in the air, she has good aerial movement tools, including an airdash and the ability to turn around her floaty double jump.
Vimenta has the ability to call herself from a later chapter of the battle, summoning her near future herself mid-attack for a quick, powerful punch to finish foes off! However, after a period of time, she must go back in time to preform that attack. While the start up of the attack has armor, the recovery can lead her in a very vulnerable spot when she returns from the past! Be sure to have yourself in a save position relative to your opponent before that happens!
Hailing from the realm of Libaria, Vimenta and her fellow Librarians spent their days endlessly sorting a endless realm of books. However, after unknowingly reading one that had coordinates to an alternate world, Vimenta mistakenly teleported out of Libaria and into one of the many worlds she only read about. With no knowledge of how to get back to Libaria, Vimenta must stay with her new world’s locals, learning of the world first hand, untill she can figure a way back to her old home.
Recently, she has heard that the Strange Seven had a portal to an alternate universe, and she thought to give it a look. However, for some reason, rather then leading to the world the team’s leader visited those years ago, their portal now leads to a different, alternate world… some kind of "Super Small Land?" Curious, Vimenta agreed to explore this world on the Strange Seven’s behalf and document its many strange and unique inhabitants.
