Adds Antiqua to the game, a Sponsor that focuses on Excavations and Artifacts.

Antiqua, under the leadership of the experienced ledaer Valarius Beaufort, is a sponsor that excels at making the best out of the knowledge they can gain from excavations.
Gaining culture from working Excavation Sites instead of letting an Explorer do its job might seem like a questionable choice, but it is supported by their unique Golden Age:

The Golden Age of Antiqua increases yields from Expeditions by an very large amount, and rewards well-coordinated excavations. It is a very strong strategy to save Excavations within your territory, working them for the extra culture until a Golden Age is ready to then pop them all at the same time and generate large amounts of… whatever that Excavation hides for you.
This is especially strong when combined with effects that have a chance to spawn new artifacts, such as the ‘Discovery’ Virtue found in the Society tree, or the Faraday Gyre Wonder.
