Thank you all so much for front page!
Description

Built in 1979 and scrapped in 2021, the Algoma Enterprise is my favourite ship of all time. This here is my third Enterprise, the first two were built on my crummy old laptop, but now that I got a new one I decided to finally make that enormous detailed Algoma Enterprise I always wanted, and here she is! Fully functional as a self unloading ore carrier and with tons of features such as ballast systems, fuel management, detailed interiors and bridge systems, this ship has a ton of stuff! And i am continuing to add to it as time goes on and I think of more stuff to add.

The Numbers

length: 127.25m (use mission editor to spawn)
height: 25.5m
width: 14.75m
cargo capacity: over 31,000 units of coal
speed: 13-11 knots depending on load (same as the real Enterprise)

Startup Procedure

1) In the bridge is two sets of controls, one for each engine, turn them all on
2) use the throttle lever to rev up the engine
3) once both engines are running and both funnels are producing smoke, engage the clutch to move the ship.
4) it is recommended you don’t have the engine at 100% throttle, although it is fine for a while, keep an eye on the engine temperatures and adjust the throttle as needed.
