1939 Flying Standard “Eight” 2-Door Saloon (1:1 Scale)

The Flying Eight was the smallest member of the Standard Flying family. It was launched by the Standard Motor Co Ltd late September 1938 and marked Standard’s first entry into the smallest 8 hp market.

Updated in 24 Jan 2024:
– Fixed automatic gearbox issue causing not switch to fwd/rwd in some cases.
– Fixed several XML shading issues and texture overlappings.
– (Empty) weight is increased from 334 to 457 kg which is more close to real weight.
– Parking brake is now toggle button and turning the engine off does not apply parking brake automatically anymore.
– Added parking brake indicator
– Added crank starter which can be used when (main) battery is dead.
– Few cosmetic and color changes in interior
