Description:
BRITISH TURRETED IRONCLAD "EXETER" 1876

(Fictional)
Described as "the most graceless ship to date", the ungainly HMS Exeter, while not exactly the most beautiful ship to emerge from the ironclad era, was one of the tougher ones. It had some of the thickest armor ever fitted to a warship, A partially armored deck, two beefy twin cannon turrets as well as a fixed armament of 4 smaller cannons, electric lighting, and a rather impressive top speed of 15 knots considering how fat it is.

Height (including voxels, folded masts) 19.25 meters

HOW TO START

1: Go to the boiler rooms.
2: Turn the damper all the way up.
3: Light boiler.
4: Once pressure is up, you should be good to go.

SINK SWITCHES

The sink switches are located in the Great Room at the very back of the ship, in the officers quarters.
1: One of the magazines in the magazine room explodes, compromising two bulkheads.
2: Same at 1, but controlled by harsh weather.
-The boilers will explode if they have a pressure greater than 30.
-The electricity will cut out when the engine room get significantly flooded.
-The ship will sink in less than 3 minutes.
-The sink switches use parts from the Weapons DLC and need them enabled to work.

EXTRA NOTES

-The turrets are "steam driven", so they will only move if there is steam pressure, and move at max speed if pressure is greater than 1.
-There is no system in place for preventing you from shooting the turrets if the cannons are blocked by the ships superstructure, so poor aim can be pretty messy.
-The ammunition used is Fragmentation for both the turrets and the fixed cannons. I would have used high explosive, but those tend to glitch ships out of existence when on low physics setting.
-Steam pressure is (sort of) directly linked to speed, so the higher the pressure, the faster you’ll go.
-The bilge pumps are activated by a valve on the steam pipe going into them.
-The generator will turn on automatically once there is steam pressure.
-Can be operated on low physics setting.

Fun fact: the ship is so wide that I didn’t need to install any stabilizers on it.
