The Oni V2 is the last starter SV you’ll ever download. Meticulously designed and upgraded for the 2.0 Framework, it is an irreplaceable and irreplicable Micro Ultra-starter.
Built first as a Stellar Single-chuck Miner, The Oni does the work of 2 Drills, with just 1, Zero Drill overlap means your Single bit works at 100% efficiency, and the Oni achieves an Asteroid-harvest rate close to most 4 Drill SVs, while being shorter, tighter, and lighter than any other Micro vehicle on the workshop. This little SV is just 1 Block longer than it’s drill and can mine and tunnel, turning freely within it’s own hole for planetary mining. Oni is the smallest, tightest Multi-purpose SV airframe in existence.
With an upgraded 4000 Capacity Harvest controller, Plus a 500 Capacity Ammo container, The Oni V2 adds 25% more cargo carrying capacity than the original Oni, and will carry close to 1200 Raw ore at close to full speed, with Forward, Backward, and Upward Speeds @ 57 m/s for beautiful functionality and balance for nose down, & up mining positions, this is the most capable Micro-miner on the workshop, by a large margin.
At just 184 Copper, 175 Iron, 131 Silicon, Oni is the cheapest Multi-function Micro-SV available to date, You will not find another SV which carries this much ore weight, has this much salvage volume, Acts in both fighter, and miner roles, and performs to this degree, at this cost.
The Oni will be the top-performing Micro SV starter for as long as the game is being played, it’s allowances & airframe are simply so tight that the vehicle cannot be out-engineered without directly emulating the design. No one yet has achieved this level of compact functionality and it is a design that I feel cannot be bested.
The Oni is so cheap, so capable, and such a pleasure to operate, that it will be the last starter vehicle you’ll ever download. That is my guarantee.
