Ever dreamed of playing Age of Mythology on a grand scale with large armies and huge bases, while still keeping most parts of the natural game progression and balance in tact? I might have something for you, because that was exactly the thought process behind this modification.

– Most units have no population cost
– Special units and Villagers cost 1 pop each (Atlantean villagers cost more)
– Houses and Manors provide less population
– House build limit is increased
– Town Centers now give 15 population
– The villagers cap is increased to around 100 for most factions.

– Trees, gold mines and animals offer more ressources
– Houses and Manors cost more ressources
– Caravans and fishing boats cost more ressources and 1 population
– Caravans carry more ressouces, have a little more HP and offer a higher bounty reward
– Farms cost a little more ressources

– Standard military units have no population cost
– Mythical units and heroes mostly cost 1 Population
– Siege units cost a little more ressources (and most have 1 Population cost)
– Walls now require extra wood and more gold, but they are thougher
– Towers and castles cost more ressources, but they are thougher
– Units can now walk through forests
– Trees block vision, so prepare for ambushes (Multiplayer feature)
– Titans regain hp very slowly
– Minor balance adjustments

– Higher standard camera view
– New Sea Trade feature
– New infantry unit for the Chinese: The "Dao" Warrior
– Temple heal and Shipyard repair mechanics
– Amphibious Titans (they can walk through water and wont be stuck on islands anymore)
– Titans now mow down trees when walking over them
– New icons and improved Indian Elephant texture
– Fixed "Regicide" Gamemode

This mod does not break the AI and is Multiplayer compatible (all players need to have the mod installed and have the same mod load order).

It is not compatible with other unit limit or gameplay related overhaul mods. Make sure it has the highest priority in the mod manager.

For a better AI, which makes use of walls and strategic forward bases, use "AOMOD AI" mod.
Play at least on Hard difficulty for best AI behaviour.

Compatible with the "Tale of the Dragon" Addon.
