Added Deseret, a replacement for half of the Utes . You start off with a chunk of Utah with the goal of claiming Salt Lake City to continue expansion. You start off with a 22k population of Yankees and Latter Day Saints intermixed. The tech level is very low at 4. The GDP will be very high before you unpause the game and then it will drop to around 0.
