Congress Poland
I created Kingdom of Poland also know as Congress Poland as such as November Uprising (1930) didn’t happened and Kingdom of Poland constitution was still intact.
I tried to make it historical accurate with army size, historical characters like Adam Jerzy Czartotyski as a most prominent landowner, remarkable diplomat who support abolishment of serfdom (which is historical).
Army size was set to historical size with historical November Uprising army leader as it general.
Laws and technologies supposed to represent historical Polish constitutional system, it’s institutions and country development at that time.
I also changed Christ of Nations Journal Entry to be actually useful. I made radicals debuff stronger and stay longer than you can initialize the event. It also stack on multiple uses of it, cost also stack for each use. Now you will be able to start uprising pretty quickly. It’s still random but you would need around 2-4 to start it. Also cooldown was changed to 2,5 year (from 5 years).
I fixed that forming Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth was missing new Vilinius region. Also now you will need only 8 out of 11 regions to form it. You also gain claims on all PLC territories + Silesia as it has huge polish population.
There is anti-russian lobby and liberty desire is set to 70. Liberty desire of 75+ is required for increase autonomy demand so it’s close to reach it but still you will be able to play rather peacfully if you want.
