KY Ranger Skins for KI5 Vehicles
KI5 is one of the most prolific and talented vehicle modders in the PZ community, and I think many people (myself included) consider their work an essential part of any PZ playthrough or MP server.
On the community server I play on, emergency services try to bring order to the chaos of the apocalypse and that includes the Kentucky State Rangers. And while KI5 has shown some love to the Rangers with a few of their vehicles (most notably the Commando, Bronco and J10) there are many other types of vehicles that were common in US ranger service throughout the 1990’s. This is my attempt to add a few more of them into the game and to give those in the Ranger service a few more options about which warhorse they choose to ride into battle.
This mod depends on the KI5 vehicle mods they correspond to and adds unique Ranger versions of each vehicle so no existing skins are replaced or overwritten.
The pack currently contains skins for the following:
KY State Ranger
– ’92 AM General M998 (skin only – does not spawn in the world; this is intentional)
– ’93 Chevy Suburban
– ’92 Ford CVPI
– ’93 Ford Mustand SSR
– ’93 Ford F350
Federal Park Ranger
– ’92 Ford CVPI
This mod is created by me and posted with permission from KI5. I threw most of it together over two nights when I had a bout of insomnia and needed to kill time.
If KI5 makes another major update to their mods like they did with damnLIB I may have a look at it, but otherwise I’m sending this baby out into the world so y’all have fun with it.
The mod is primarily made for use in the community server I frequent, but is posted here because the more love KI5 gets for their work the better. If you decide (for some odd reason) that you want to support me or this mod, you can instead direct that support to KI5 on Ko-Fi since they and bikinihorst did 99.9% of the work and I just stood on their shoulders.
Also, it’s "kay-eye-five" not "kay-fifteen". FIGHT ME.
