Hemorrhaging of the blood vessels below the skin leading to parts of the skin dying and falling off
Irritability
Bloody stool
Blood vessels in eyes rupture

Extreme confusion, and aggression. person may experience hallucination and delusion
The person retains some level of intelligence however they can only Say a handful of words often begging the person not to hurt them
the infection causes issues with motor function but also removes the limit on how much strength you can use
some of the people infected will run while others will walk
and some will crawl across the ground at high speeds
