BK’s Tinkering
Adds "Tinkering" bills to the VFE: Ancients Repair Benches that use resources and an item to improve the quality level of that item one level, taking a good bit of time. Yes, all the way up to legendary. Basically a non-magic alternative to the enchant quality psycast.
