Lift Detectors
Weld one of these two to your creation and they will magically detect if it’s on the lift or not.
- The small one is based on Brent Batch’s design but made 2 blocks smaller and a tiny bit more practical. How does it work? Two of the same objects with different colours have been placed inside the sensor of which only one can be seen by the sensor itself at a time. Which one is seen before the other changes whenever it is being released from the lift. However, there seem to be some issues when welded or build on which causes this order to change, making it unreliable.
- The second one is my own really straight-forward design that’s 100% consistent and also includes a one-time tick generator. Be aware, if you open the controller interface the piston will lose its high speed.
Which one you should choose depends on the available space and how careful you are with the small one.
