Compact Army & Navy

Summary
- Redesgined the army & navy page to be more compact
- Moved the more unimportant information in a drop-down-menu
- Created a more visually appealing commander overview
- Put the disband button where it belongs, in the top-right-hand corner!
- Added dedicated edit-button and allowed for slightly longer names
- Pulled unit management up one level from army to army-overview
