Patch for The Outbreak that removes weapons from zombies and prevents them from turning NPCs into slaves.
Changes
Weapons have been removed from zombies [except for Triggers because they are special zombies, delta, and epsilon].
The Shackles of zombies have been replaced with others that do not give them the slave status.
Zombies will no longer be able to turn anyone into slaves.
