Happy Spring Time Japes! This mod was made for the Fire Emblem x Civilization V server’s April Fool’s Event.
In this mod, you can play as the charming and adorable second princess of Elusia, Hortensia!
Note: This mod was made and tested with BNW, so I can’t guarantee that this mod will work properly without the aforementioned DLC.

Non-Prophet Great People have a one-time chance (Visible Happiness x 2%) to not be expended upon use.
Great Prophets may build a Holy Site without being expended, once per unit.UU: Stunning Smilers (Pikeman)
+1 Movement and +15% Combat Bonus when starting its turn in the territory of a foreign male leader, adjacent to a foreign male-owned unit or within your own territory.
If available, gain a free Stunning Smiler whenever World Tree is triggered, or when you build an Iris Academy for the first time.UB: Iris Academy (University)
Starts with two Great Work of Writing slots.
+2 Happiness if this building’s slots are filled, and an additional +2 Happiness if every Great Work slot in this city is filled.
