Description:

Play as Koseki Bijou of Hololive English Advent, and lead the Pebble Kingdom to jlory!

This mod was created and balanced for Vox Populi. It should be compatible with vanilla Civ, but balance is not guaranteed.

UA: Jewel of Emotions
Spawn a Gems resource upon founding or conquering a city. Worked Mines on Gems and all Quarries grant +1 Happiness and add a 3% chance to spawn a melee or gun unit each turn.

UU: Pebble Defense Force
Replaces Musketman (vanilla) or Tercio (Vox Populi)
Higher CS than the base unit, and heals 10 HP when starting turn on Hills

UI: Moai
Identical to Polynesia’s Moai, with the following changes:
– Requires Hills rather than Coast
– All Production bonuses swapped for Food (VP)
