Description:

Adds reworked versions of some my old Touhou civs as playable civilizations: the misjudged mind-reading Satori Komeiji, Suzunaan’s one and only bookworm Kosuzu Motoori, the Lunarian goddess Sagume Kishin and the ruler of dreams Doremy Sweet.

Plus two additional newcomers: the ingenious yet miserly kappa Nitori Kawashiro (mod adapted from aranicar’s Nitori mod), and the forever jealous hashihime Parsee Mizuhashi.


The Subterranean Spirits – Satori Komeiji

UA: Maiden of the Third Eye – When sending International Trade Routes to Civilizations with more Technologies than you, receive one-third of their Science per turn as yours. Gain Science from building Camps and Pastures.
UU: Kasha – Replaces the Lancer. Classified as a Ranged unit and yields Production to the nearest City from kills. Requires Iron, instead of Horses.
UB: Courtyard of Roses – Replaces the Garden. Yields +1 Great Engineer Point. Gain Science based on Population whenever a Great Person is born in a City with a Courtyard of Roses. Unlike the Garden it does not have to be built next to a River or Lake.


Suzunaan – Kosuzu Motoori

UA: Forbidden Scrollery – Each slotted Great Works of Writing increases Science gained from Research Agreements by 3%. Receive a free Great Writer when you discover Drama and Poetry.
UU: Book Demon – Replaces the Scout. Provides Great Writer Points towards the Capital when killed. Receive a copy of this Unit whenever a Great Writer is born and Book Demons spawned this way receive a unique Promotion.
UB: Bell Hermitage – Replaces the Hermitage. Has 4 Great Work of Writing slots, instead of Great Work of Art slots. For each Great Work of Writing slot filled, gain +1 Gold from every 5 Citizens and from cultural Specialists in the City where it is built.


The Lunarians – Sagume Kishin

UA: Lunar Capital Transfer Plan – Great Person Tile Improvements (excluding Citadels) claims all adjacent tiles and enemy units receive 10 HP damage when nearby. -10% Culture costs of acquiring new tiles in all Cities for every city you originally own is captured by the enemy, up to -50%.
UU1: Blue Eagle Ravi – Replaces the Paratrooper. Classified as a Ranged unit. Starts with the Indirect Fire promotion. Increases a City’s Combat Strength by 10 and yields +1 Science from Specialists when garrisoned in an Annexed or Puppeted city.
UU2: Orange Eagle Ravi – Replaces the Marine. Starts with the Survivalism I promotion. When on a tile that yields Food, this unit gains +2 extra Combat Strength for every 1 Food that tile yields.


The Dream World – Doremy Sweet

UA: Sweet Dreams – Fortified or sleeping Units provide +1 Culture per turn. The average Happiness of your Cities is converted into Growth towards the Capital.
UU: Doreking – Replaces the Rocket Artillery. Much more powerful and is more mobile, but it requires 1 Dream Soul resource, only obtainable by trading Sweet Sleep Pillows.
UB: Dream World Amusement Park – Replaces the Hotel. Provides a free Sweet Sleep Pillow resource which when traded, receive 1 Dream Soul resource. The Sweet Sleep Pillow can be traded to rival Civilizations to increase your Culture based on their average Growth and Happiness.


The Kappa Community – Nitori Kawashiro

UA: Kappa Innovation – Each worked Fresh Water or River tiles grants more Science from expending Great Scientists when boosting Science. All Cities near Fresh Water begin with a free Scientist slot.
UU: Kappa Power Armor – Replaces the XCOM Squad. Unlocked earlier at Robotics and starts with the Amphibious and Armor Plating I promotion. Trained faster for every fllied Specialist slots in the City where it is trained.
UB: Waterfront Lab – Repalces the Research Lab. Has 2 Scientist slots and provides +1 Production for each 5 Population in the City where it’s built. Requires a Public School and must be near fresh water.


State of Jealousy – Parsee Mizuhashi

UA: Green-Eyed Jealousy – When at war against rival Civlizations with 6 more Happiness than you, they suffer twice faster Influence decay with City-States and receive Production to your Cities based on their Unhappiness, divided equally amongst your Cities.
UU: Hashihime – Replaces the Spearman. Has no additional Combat Bonus vs. Mounted. Starts with the Amphibious promotion. Gains +15% Defense when standing on River tiles.
UB: Nailed Shinboku – Replaces the Walls. Yields +2 Culture. Enemy units within 2 tiles of a City with a Nailed Shinboku are inflicted with the "Cursed" promotion, which reduces their Defense by 10% and movement is all consumed when entering Rough Terrain.
