Adds the elite shrine maiden of Hololive, Sakura Miko, as a playable civilization, leading the 35Ps towards endless taiyaki.
UA: The Elite Shrine Maiden – Gold purchases yield Faith while Faith purchases yield Gold. Cities that follow your Religion produce 15% more Gold.
UU1: Mikopi – Replaces the Scout. Slightly takes longer to produce and produces Faith when inside foreign territory. Obsoletes later at Steam Power.
UU2: GTA Online Player – Replaces the Infantry. Yields Gold from kills and from attacking Cities and can use enemy roads.
Bingle’s Civ IV Traits, JFD’s RTP – Sovereignty and Ryoga’s Unique Cultural Influence.
