When you capture enemy cities, you get Treasure Luxury Resources and your units can act once more and combat strength of units of your enemies decrease by 2(max 20)(50% probability, capital is 100%). When you conquest capitals, your all units get a extra movement by 1(max 2).

Replaces the Garden. Can be built anywhere and provides land and sea units with a March Promotion. +2 Tourism once Navigation is discovered.

Replaces the Frigate. Can move to land tiles without embarking and when your turn starts, adjacent units ignore terrain cost.
