Adds several world projects that can be passed as resolutions in the World Congress/United Nations based on the anime Girls und Panzer.

Currently adds two world projects:
Sensha-dou Tournament (available at Combustion)
Rewards:

Bronze – +250 Golden Age points; a minor 1 time research boost.
Silver – Free tank; +3 Happiness.
Gold – Victory Flag wonder appears in capital; one time +30 influence with all city states.

Anglerfish Festival (available at Replaceable Parts)
Rewards:

Bronze – +500 Golden Age points; +2 Happiness.
Silver – 2 Free social policies; +1 Happiness.
Gold – Culture increases by 100% for 20 Turns; Tourism increases by 100% for 10 Turns.
