Love Live! Kasumin Empire
Adds the ‘Kasumin Empire’ (certainly not canon) led by Kasumi Nakasu from Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club.
No promises about continued development.
Trait: Wonderland
+5% Production towards Wonder construction. When you build an Improvement other than a Fort on a Luxury Resource inside your territory, you gain 15 Production in the City which owns the tile. You also gain some Culture relative to the game era.
The exact formula for Culture gain is
10*ln(CurrentEraNumber+2)
(Current era number is zero for Ancient Era, one for Classical and so forth)
(Basically you gain more culture the later you are in the game, but the growth of the bonus decreases in the later stages of the game)
UU: Kasumin Box
Kasumin Box is much weaker on paper than the Tank, which it replaces, but it is cheaper to produce and doesn’t require Strategic Resources to train. Unlike the Tank, it has a weak ranged attack with a range of 1. It also reduces the Combat Strength of adjacent enemy Units by 20%.
UB: Costume Workshop
The Costume Workshop has the same bonuses as the Market, but additionally grants 1 Culture for each Dye, Silk of Cotton Resource worked by the City. Additionally, you gain extra Culture when you train a Unit in the City containing Costume Workshop. The Culture gained is relative to the game era and the XP the Unit starts with.
The exact formula for Culture gain is
1+(UnitExperience/10))*CurrentEraNumber
